Long-Distance & Intercity Relocations
Relocating outside Auckland? Long-distance and nationwide moves are quoted individually based on total distance, load volume, property access, and scheduling requirements rather than a flat hourly rate.

What 'Zero Hidden Fees' means in practice:
We believe in upfront clarity. While your hourly rate covers your vehicle, fuel, movers, and standard goods-in-transit cover, certain site-specific conditions are quoted clearly before you commit.
If your move involves any of these circumstances, they will be clearly itemised on your quote summary so there are never surprises on the final bill.
Stairs & walk-up access: Modest surcharge for multi-flight walk-up apartments without lift access.
Heavy or awkward items: Specialty equipment rates for items exceeding 80kg, pianos, pool tables, or double-door fridges.
Packing materials: High-grade boxes, tape, and protective wrap (unless pre-purchased or self-supplied).
After-hours & public holidays: Scheduled evening or holiday moves may reflect off-peak crew rates.
Extended waiting time: Transparent hourly holding rates if keys or settlement access are delayed beyond standard grace periods.
